Brand Imprinting® is an open initiative driven by MAGO. The data handled through this site and the measurement tool are governed by this policy.
Site visitors
The content site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. We only store in your browser your theme preference (light or dark) and, when available, your language choice. These are functional data that never leave your device.
If we enable analytics, it will be a cookieless tool that does not identify people.
People who answer the survey
Responses are anonymous. We do not ask for a name or an email, we do not require login and we do not store the IP address.
To avoid duplicate responses we use a cookie and, optionally, a non-reversible daily code that cannot identify anyone.
For each response we store only the date, not the time.
Results by segment (for example, area or tenure) are only shown if the segment has 5 or more responses, so that no one can be identified indirectly.
People who run a measurement
To create a measurement we ask for an email address and send a single-use access link. We do not store passwords.
We store the organization’s name, the total number of employees, the closing date and the segments defined by the administrator.
While you are signed in we use a session cookie, required for the tool to work, which is deleted when you close the browser.
What we use the data for
To calculate and display the results of each measurement, allow them to be exported and reply to anyone who writes to us.
If the administrator expressly authorizes it, their aggregated, unnamed index may feed a benchmark by industry and country. This is optional.
Messages sent through the contact form are not stored in the site’s database: they are emailed to our inbox and used only to reply to you.
How long we keep it
Measurements are kept for 24 months after they close and are then deleted. The administrator can delete them earlier, at any time. Access links expire after 30 minutes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of your data, under Chile’s Law 19.628 and its reform (Law 21.719). For visitors from Europe and Brazil, we also follow the principles of the GDPR and the LGPD.
Because responses are anonymous, we cannot identify or extract an individual response. The administrator can delete the entire measurement.
Security and hosting
We use HTTPS, prepared statements, protection against form forgery and per-IP usage limits on public endpoints, without storing the IP in clear text. The site and data are hosted on HostArmada servers.
